Overview
For more than 20 years, Adam has been enabling the success of manufacturers in all stages of the business lifecycle whether they are starting up, growing, or getting ready for an equity event. As the Partner-in-Charge of Aprio’s Manufacturing & Distribution Group and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Adam is passionate about helping established and high-growth manufacturers in the flooring, chemicals, plastics, and food industries drive efficiencies into their manufacturing processes.
Experience
Spearheading one of the largest teams at Aprio through rapid growth, Adam develops the practice’s marketing and business strategies, and has championed new initiatives, such as the development of an actionable content marketing program and new services that help manufacturers leverage operational excellence to increase profitability.
Adam is recognized as a thought leader on manufacturing trends and business issues within the industry. He has spoken at the Georgia Manufacturing Appreciation Week Luncheon for six consecutive years, and he regularly visits chambers of commerce and banks to discuss the latest manufacturing trends. Adam also oversees the Aprio National U.S. Manufacturing Survey, offering deep insights and meaningful data and trends for the manufacturing industry.
His experience in assurance*, tax, and consulting coupled with his passion for the manufacturing industry enables him to skillfully provide his clients with tailored approaches to strategic financial planning, tax, and audit compliance requirements, technology integration, and overall risk management.
In addition to helping my clients save money by creating greater efficiencies in their processes, I also helped a client negotiate a $25 million debt facility and helped others obtain hundreds of millions of dollars in tax credits to reinvest in their businesses.
Unique things about me
I have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and I oversee Aprio’s biennial U.S. Manufacturing Survey that provides empowering data to help manufacturers make informed business decisions.
When I am not at work
When I’m not working, I love to hang out in downtown Woodstock with my wife, playing golf, and watching the NY Mets, NY Jets, or NY Knicks. I’m also actively involved in Next Generation Manufacturing, the manufacturing nonprofit founded by Aprio that connects companies seeking deals while sharing best practices.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh.
